Names like Tramontana R, Carver One, BAC Mono, Formula EcoBoost, Mazda Mono-Posto, Sub Three-Wheeler, Palatov D1… have very different designs because these are single-seat car models. The list, chosen by Top Speed, ranges from unique ideas, cars intended only for racing, to cars that can participate in traffic. Of course, the list does not include professional racing cars.

Tramontana R

Tramontana R is a “super product” from the little-known supercar company Tramontana in Spain. The car is equipped with a 5.5L twin turbocharged V12 engine, 720 horsepower, maximum torque of 1,099Nm, allowing the supercar to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds. To own this “super product”, the amount you have to spend is up to 385,000 Euro.

2. Carver One.

Carver One

Carver One was created by a research group called Brink Dynamics. The vehicle uses an electronic steering system (Drive By Wire). The Dynamic Vehicle Control system (a type of electronic balance system but with many differences) helps the Carver One tilt the steering wheel every time it turns a corner.

3. BAC Mono.

BAC Mono

The design of BAC Mono makes people immediately think of a Formula 3 racing car. BAC Mono owns a 4-cylinder, naturally aspirated Mountune engine, 2.5 liter capacity, producing a maximum capacity of 305 horsepower and maximum torque of 308 Nm. Power is transmitted to the wheels via a 6-speed sequential gearbox.

Connected to the above motor is a 16.1kWh lithium ion battery system that helps the car operate a distance of 160km continuously with a full charge time of approximately 3 hours with a 220V power source.

The car’s design does not open the door, has no windows or hood, and only has a single seat because the car is only for those who want to experience speed alone on the road. Peel P50

Peel P50 is known as a “mini car” – the smallest car model with only 137cm long, 104.1cm wide, weighing 59kg. Peel P50 is designed with 3 wheels and 1 door, equipped with a 49cc engine, 3-speed manual transmission, no reverse gear. Therefore, to reverse the car, the driver must get out of the cockpit and pull the car from behind. The maximum speed of Peel P50 is about 61km/h.
