Get a Glimpse from Reveals Stunning Precision EV Concept for 2024

Acura Precision EV Concept 2024. Honda’s premium Acura brand has unveiled the Precision EV concept crossover, a precursor to the brand’s first electric car.

Acura Precision EV Concept: two years before the production crossover.

Honda has been experimenting with electric cars for a long time, and already produces them in series, but its subsidiary premium brand Acura still does not have such cars.

The first electric Acura will appear only in 2024 — it will be a crossover on Ultium platform, General Motors, which development partners agreed two years ago.

And to brighten up the wait, a concept car Acura Precision EV is called, which gives quite an accurate idea of the future production model.

Show car has Acura’s actual corporate style, but it has no radiator grille, though installed in its place stub has a characteristic relief stamper in the form of a pentagon.

In size the concept is close to the production crossover Acura RDX (4747 mm in length), and it is unmistakably recognized by the current brand style.

There is no grille unnecessarily, but the characteristic pentagon on the nose is still preserved: it is implemented in relief on a blank panel and backlight.

The shape of the lighting equipment is familiar. But new features have been added.

For example, sharpened shape of the front end with converging bumps on the hood was inspired by stylistics of luxurious speedboats from Italy.

And on the edges of both bumpers and on the spokes of the 23-inch wheels there is a three-dimensional geometric pattern called Particle Glitch.

The interior is shown only on design sketches. By design, recycled plastic and synthetic leather made from biomass are used for its trim.

Two screens on the front panel will have a new-generation interface. And the steering wheel instead of the steering wheel is a reference to autopilot.

In the Spiritual Lounge driving mode, the steering wheel is pushed back to the front panel, and relaxing animation is displayed on the screens.

The form of the lighting equipment at the presented concept is also familiar from the present models of the brand.

Thus the Japanese have given the front part of the body a sharpened shape with converging on the hood bumps.

According to the idea of designers, such decision should associate with luxury Italian boats.

And also outside the car has a three-dimensional Particle Glitch geometric pattern, which can be seen on the edges of the front and rear bumper, as well as on the spokes of the 23-inch wheels.

There are no pictures of the interior, but there are design sketches. Judging by these sketches, the front panel of the all-terrain vehicle will get an unusual arrangement of dashboard displays and multimedia panel.

Plus, the concept doesn’t have traditional steering wheel — instead of it some elongated steering wheel.

For the car declared autopilot, when you activate this «steering wheel» moved to the front panel and the screens displayed a relaxing animation.

The developers did not disclose any details about the future electric car’s technology. They are expected before 2024.

And first, a simpler Honda Prologue electric car on the same Ultium platform will be presented, and already after it the time of Acura will come.
