Striker Lionel Messi just encountered a funny situation, when two policemen approached and asked for a selfie and autograph from the GOAT.

With his humble and approachable nature, Lionel Messi is really comfortable in giving fans photos and autographs when they meet him everywhere, even for a short time. However, he just encountered a funny situation, after Inter Miami’s victory over Columbus Crew in MLS last weekend.

This interesting situation caused a storm on social media, when he was just “questioned” by two American police officers. At first, M10’s fans were worried about what was happening to him when the police stopped him from getting into the car.

It turned out that this was just a situation where the two policemen wanted to take advantage of… asking for an autograph and taking a souvenir photo while no fans were bothering Messi. After a moment of surprise, the Argentine superstar and the two policemen had a happy conversation under the supervision of Yassine Cheuko – Messi’s personal bodyguard.

According to Marca, before getting in the car to leave, a police officer carefully showed Messi which part of the car would be escorted by police for safety.
